sophisTex 1Access: One Question. Every System.

1Access is an AI-driven front door to your entire landscape: any SAP system, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC and SAP EPPM, plus non-SAP systems. Ask one question in plain language and get a live, verifiable answer from every connected system, without learning any of their user interfaces.

Provenance on every card

Source badge, read timestamp and the query behind it. A broken query shows a re-run state, never stale data.

Links that always work

Deep links are built server-side from real object keys. The model never constructs one.

Systems by configuration

Source types: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, generic OData, non-SAP systems. Adding a system is a simple admin task, not a release.

Security and Data Protection

The model owns presentation. For unmodified reads, the system owns values. For “show me this data”, the browser fetches the rows under the user’s own session, so the model never sees them: values cannot be hallucinated and personal data never enters a prompt. When the model must reason over data, reads are pseudonymized and capped (25 rows by default, 500 at most).

Fails closed

SAP XSUAA on every route; the backend re-validates the token before any model call or read.

SAP authorizations only

Every read runs under the user’s own SAP identity via principal propagation.

Data stays in your account

The model runs via SAP Generative AI Hub in your own SAP BTP account. No public model API.

Masking at the boundary

SAP Data Privacy Integration pseudonymizes names and e-mail addresses; a filter screens every prompt for injection.

Minimal exposure

Discovery returns a compact hit list, a comparison only the differences.

LLM Exchange Inspector

Admins see every model exchange per user and chat. Append-only, admin-only, 30-day retention by default, can be switched off.
